About Kevin
I became interested in technology during my early years as a child. I would disassemble and reassemble everything I could get my hands on which drove my parents crazy. I received my High School diploma from Canby High School. Two years later I entered the Farm Diesel two year program at Canby Area Vocational Institute and received my diploma in 1980. Later I was employed as a Diesel injection pump technician in Des Moines, Iowa and then worked as a manager at a car dealership in Madison.
Following this I became part owner in a computer sales and service business in Marshall then struck out on my own in 1998 starting Nordic Computer in Canby.
During this time I started servicing public schools in the area and quickly made a decision to specialize in the area of network administration. I have attended Cisco Certified Network Administration and IT Essentials courses at Southwest Service Cooperatives in Marshall, Minnesota. I also hold a Minnesota license in low voltage wiring and am a technology systems contactor.
My hobbies are gardening, grilling, welding and woodworking. I have built all of my grandchildren's cribs which can turn into full size beds as they grow older.
My wife Belinda and I live on a farm north of Porter, MN. Belinda is employed as a property tax specialist at US Bank Corps in Marshall, Minnesota and we provide care for two adult foster clients.
We have two daughters and four grandchildren. We love to have our two granddaughters and two grandsons over to play with and go 4 wheeling around the farm.
